Term 3 – John Greenleaf Whittier
Through simple appreciation of various poets, and a bit of structured study, we are enjoying poetry as never before. We also read poetry on the spur of the moment from time to time, or seasonally using a family favorite. We’ve used it for years, and some of us have many of the poems memorized. This makes them a joy for our older children to share with their younger siblings.
