Sprints, Endurance, and Recovery Training Schedule

sprint – 

v. run at full speed over a short distance.

n. an act or short spell of running at full speed.

endurance – 

n. the fact or power of enduring an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way.

  • the capacity of something to last or withstand wear and tear.

recovery – 

n. 1. a return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength

2. the act or process of regaining possession or control of something stolen or lost.

6 minute intervals X 1 hour X 3, 1 hour focus X3, 90 minute recovery
